T.P.WAINWRIGHT LIMITED is a long established family based company working in and around EXETER and the surrounding area. Having completed a large number of varying projects, we can say that we have the experience / skills and expertise needed to realise the construction or renovation project that you have in mind.
We're a main contractor, and we work closely with projects' owners to ensure their wishes are taken into account , we also build for local developers proving we are very cost effective and in most cases we exceed projected development values by uncompromising quality. We can also advise on alternative solutions that could be less costly and take less time to complete without compromising quality. As a family based local company , clients will benefit from our many years of building our own reputation . The long established roots of our business have created a low cost base , with all equipment / premises close to hand .
We are very adaptable , with two working directors out on site and having trained our own workforce we have proved time and time again we can create almost anything . Our many individual high specification builds stand testiment to this , nearly all of the work is completed from "in house " labour , our sub contract labour is minimal but many have worked along side us for over 20 years .
We boast not one but two " silver trowel " awarded bricklayers and all of the labour force are time seved qualified operatives . We are also a highly rated house builder with the "NHBC" and are fully qualified and registered with " TRUSTMARK " accreditation , government endorsed quality.

What we do
T.P.WAINWRIGHT LIMITED does more than carrying out construction work.
We can and have completed over seventy individual homes with twenty of these in the last 10 years
we also complete many extensions and any alterations to homes and buildings
we undertake driveway and landscaping works
we have completed roofing and roof line works
we replace windows and doors in wood or UPVC
we can advise and implement renewable energy sources, energy saving insulation and remedial works to make older properties more thermally efficient "
